Identify your purchase
To start the process, send an email to ecommerce@reggiochildren.it, stating the first name, surname and email address used for the purchase, as well as the order number shown in the confirmation email.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 working days of purchase, in accordance with the procedures laid down by current legislation. Any refunds and related exclusions may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.
