Marketing and disclosure privacy notice
Privacy Notice issued by Reggio Children s.r.l in compliance with art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679
Whereas
1) As a result of your participation in our events, courses, projects, initiatives and other activities, of preliminary contacts, filling-up of our paper forms, receiving your enquiries/questions, surveys and market research, any business relationship that may be developed, our company may collect and process your personal data, including photographic images and/or videos showing you, which are made directly by you and/or by the writer and/or by external professionals such as photographers, cameramen, advertising agencies, etc.; 2) We specify herewith for clarity purposes the following definitions given by the European Regulation 2016/679:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person; Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, disclosure or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
All this being said in compliance with art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679,
we inform you
that the collection and processing of your personal data will be carried out by this company in compliance with the following:

general purposes: your data will be processed to fulfil your enquiries/questions, to properly carry out bureaucratic, accounting, fiscal, commercial, technical activities and for the legally required actions and strictly related to the existing relationships;

‘direct marketing’ purposes: your (‘non-sensitive’) data may also be used solely and exclusively subject to your free, optional, specific and explicit prior consent to be clearly sign at the bottom of this document and revocable at any time also to send advertising materials/communications by mail, e-mail, phone, fax, text messages, MMS and the like; once you expressed your consent, you always have the right to object to data processing for this purpose;

further purpose (disclosure): some personal data (with specific reference to names, photographic images and/or films), may be diffused, subject to optional, specific and explicit consent to be expressed at the end of this document, on the occasion of conferences, fairs, exhibitions and other events, as well as for the creation of brochures, posters and magazines, films and commercials, publications and CDs/DVDs for research and/or promotional purposes, for the publication of articles in newspapers and magazines, for the creation of our web pages on various social networks (e.g. Facebook) or pages of the Reggio Children web site, etc. ...;

methods: your data will be processed using both printed and electronic/IT/telematic media in full compliance with legal provisions according to the principles of lawfulness and correctness and in such a way as to protect your privacy;

optional conferral: the conferral of your data is optional and not mandatory;

consequences of a refusal: the refusal to confer data or the full objection to data processing for the purposes referred to in point a) may, however, result in the impossibility of meeting some of your enquiries; instead, the refusal to use data for the purposes referred to in points b) and c) won’t have any impact on the existing relations;

subjects or categories of subjects (recipients) to whom data can be communicated or disclosed: data can be communicated to third parties only to fulfil legal or contractual requirements and to meet any requests. Some personal data (with specific reference to names, photographic images and/or films), may be disclosed, subject to optional, specific and explicit consent to be expressed at the end of this document, in the manner described in paragraph c) above;

persons authorised to perform processing: your data will be processed solely and exclusively by the company’s duly authorized staff;

automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): there are no automated decision-making processes;

data subject’s rights: you enjoy all the rights guaranteed by the European Regulation 2016/679, including the right to request access to your personal data, to have them rectified or erased, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to third countries outside the European Union or to international organisations will take place on the basis of an adequacy decision by the Commission, or in the case of transfers referred to in Article 46 or 47, or the second subparagraph of Article 49(1), of the European Regulation reference to the appropriate or suitable safeguards;

data storage period: data will be stored for only as long as is strictly necessary to respond to the data subject’s requests or in line with current legislation or with any contractual clauses;

controller: the data controller is Reggio Children S.r.l., with registered office in Italy - Reggio Emilia (RE), Via Bligny n. 1/A, in the person of its legal representative in charge;

data protection officer: the data protection officer is Mr. Juri Torreggiani, with registered office in Italy - Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard n. 16/G, tel. +39 0522 301 169, fax +39 0522 387 996: any request for clarifications or information shall be submitted to this data protection officer.
This policy may be integrated - orally or in writing - with further elements and indications to better cater for any need relating to further details on ‘Privacy’ and any updating of the regulations on the subject.
