November International Study Group

Three hundred participants including teachers, atelieristas, early childhood centre directors, university professors and researchers, teacher educators, administrators and students will take part in the annual international study group held every autumn in Reggio Emilia.

The group will be on the move, between encounters with the city, visits to Reggio Emilia infant-toddler centres and preschools, closer investigation of various themes and projects, and experience in the centres narrated by teachers, pedagogical co-ordinators and atelierista teachers with arts backgrounds.

Their headquarters will be the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre, with its large auditorium, Pause restaurant spaces, Bookshop and Documentation Centre. Participants will also have the chance to try out the International Centre’s city ateliers: Digital Landscapes, Ray of Light, In the Shape of Clay, the Secrets of Paper, Mosaic of Graphics, Words and Materials, and an atelier dedicated to Photography
