Publishing news from Reggio Children! Charter of Services of the Municipal Infant-toddler Centres and Preschools
By means of a participatory project, the Istituzione has developed this Charter as an instrument of dialogue with the community, with the aim of enhancing the quality of the educational relationships and increase the participation of parents and citizens in the early childhood educational services.
Reggio Children offices and the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre will be closed August 7 to 20, we will open again on August 21. The Centre, from July 24 to August 25 is open from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.

On November 12, 2011 the infant-toddler centres and preschools of Reggio Emilia displayed significant traces of the children’s creativity in 38 sites around the town. The works created are now presented in a new exhibition at the Loris Malguzzi Centre
On September 29, 2011 the no profit Reggio Children - Loris Malaguzzi Centre Foundation is officially born. The Foundation has the aim to promote quality education in Reggio Emilia and in the world.
The Reggio Emilia City of Hundred Languages project was designed to uphold everyone’s right to well-being. In order for children to feel well in the city, everybody also has to feel well. The point of departure and experimentation for this project is the historical city centre with its many restaurants, pizzerias, cafès, pastry and ice cream shops.
