Learning and professional development can be viewed as lifelong knowledge-building processes.
The same theories provide orientation in working with adults as well as children, with a strategy that gives priority to the collegial dimension based on exchange and interaction.
An integral part of the training and professional development proposals of Reggio Children is the organization of customized training programs, with courses tailored to the specific needs of companies and institutions.
The uniqueness of each program is the result of an original design created in conjunction with the individual client and oriented by a number of keywords:

Unicredit
The workshops with Reggio Children have enriched and integrated the professional development initiatives provided by the Unicredit Lifelong Learning Center with the competence and experience of Reggio Children.
Two workshops have been organized thus far, “The pleasure of thinking” in 2009 and “The pleasure of being In-formed” in 2011.

As part of the training initiatives of the Feltrinelli bookstores, seminars have been organized for the managers of the children and young adult sections of the stores. The seminars are held at the Loris Malaguzzi International Center.
