With the following agenda:

1. Report of the President on the balance and activities at 31.12.2011

2. Appointment of the members of the Board of Directors of the Foundation representing the

the Founders’ Assembly.

3. Appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors

4. Appointment of the Technical- Scientific Committee

5. Definition of the ceiling for the compensation to the directors

6. Any other business

The Directors appointed will be convened at the International Centre “Loris Malaguzzi”, via Bligny

1/a, or through remote connection, on May 16, 2012 at 4:30 pm for the first meeting of the new

Board of Directors with the election of the new President as agenda.
